  • The Strategic Account Manager role is responsible for successful delivery from project commencement to project completion, through the Initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and control and closing phases._

Job description

  • Strategic developing and implementing of marketing campaigns across IMC channels.
  • Develop, present and sell communication proposal to deliver against set objectives.
  • Day to day management and coordination of the account team.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, media, ) to ensure that all client deliverables are of high quality and delivered on time.
  • Analyze and report on account performance, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Maintains contacts with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable partnerships.
  • Be creative to drive the cost down in difficult situation without sacrifice the quality of the work.
  • Be able to set up KPIs for the team and responsible to mobilize resources to reach set goals
  • Keep Management Team updated with Competitors activities or Industry trend
  • Assist sales manager in preparation of sales documentation and update sales reports and collection figures.
  • Responsible to assist and arranging Sales Director for meetings, appointments, travelling, attending to internal/external correspondence, proposals and presentation materials.

  • Proven working 02 years experience in the same position
  • Good skill of researching, planning, communication, negotiation, troubleshooting, customer service
  • Strong in PR, Social & Digital Strategy and Planning, quickly comprehend the requirements of different industries and is able to concisely put ideas into appealing presentations.
  • Analysis,

Problem Assessment:

Strong Computer and Analytical Acumen and able to data mine and secure relevant information, identifying key issues and relationships from a knowledge base, relating and comparing data from different sources; Critical thinking that utilizes logic to link through ideas into strong and in-depth strategies.


  • Good at computer skill: using internal system & other (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.)
  • Business English communication: speaking and writing fluently
  • To be able to work in independence.
  • Teamwork and hard working
