Responsibility 1:
Sale Strategy and Planning

  • Send Daily and Monthly Sales reports with detailed business analysis for upper managers to highlight any changes
(Others:

Tet Reports, Hamper Reports...)

  • Work with Store Managers on monthly sales targets. Upload Daily Targets on GMD system on time and accurately.
  • Coordinate with another internal department (POG, MD Strategy) to define store clusters based on demographic analysis and shopper trends

Responsibility 2:
Category Management

  • Evaluate product performance, work with Merchandisers to expand product categories and give solutions for unsuccessful products.
  • Suggest effective pricing strategy and promotional activities for KVIs.
  • Support Merchandisers in building up categories strategy & plan (category management knowledge, market database,..)
  • Establish price and promotion guidance to optimize pricing strategy and Lotte Mart's sales profit.

Responsibility 3:
Interaction with external department

  • Collect internal data, respond to send report to the Government Department
  • Check abnormal data once getting feedback from the collaboration partner in the data exchange
  • Coordinate internal department and external departments (SME corporation, government department, collaboration partner) in category development as well as company business

  • Major:Business Management, Finance, Data Scientist or related major.
  • 1year experience at least in category management specialist
  • Have experience in working with big data (item sale, customer's basket,...), and market surveys (qualitative, quantitative,...)
  • Having retail operation and merchandising management knowledge
  • Understanding Big data analysis methodology and workflow
  • Fluency in working with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Know how to use big data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL/Python/R language,...)
  • Good written in English
