Mô tả Công việc
- Lập kế hoạch phát triển kênh truyền thông cho các chương trình của công ty bằng công cụ các mạng truyền thông xã hội.
- Quản lý đẩy mạnh hoạt động Marketing trên các kênh Social media : Youtube, Facebook Website
- Theo dõi và phản hồi người dùng khi họ đề cập tới các chương trình truyền hình.
- Tạo ra cuộc hội thoại để kêu gọi sự ủng hộ thương hiệu
- Nghiên cứu thị trường mạng xã hội, nghiên cứu về các chương trình của công ty và định hướng chiến lược truyền thông trên trang mạng xã hội
- Lập kế hoạch phát triển các hoạt động trên mạng xã hội cho các Page của công ty (30 FanPage Facebook/ Chương trình truyền hình) bao gồm : Chiến lược, hình thức triển khai, và lập chỉ số đánh giá thực hiện công việc ( KPI) cho nhân viên.
- Lên lịch đăng bài trên mạng xã hội hằng ngày, hằng tuần, hằng tháng
- Lập hạng mục và thời gian (Checklist & timeline), triển khai nội dung theo tháng, tuần, ngày.
- Tối ưu hóa hiệu quả các kênh truyền thông được sử dụng trong kế hoạch.. Đưa ra những giải pháp khắc phục các sự cố và điều chỉnh thay đổi kịp thời.
- Theo dõi báo cáo phân tích các hoạt động trên mạng xã hội của khách hàng hoặc đối thủ cạnh tranh.
- Kiểm soát các công việc đảm bảo kế hoạch đúng tiến độ và hiệu quả.
- Phối hợp các bộ phận phòng ban khác để triển khai kế hoạch nội dung truyền thông, kế hoạch marketing sản phẩm của Công ty.
- Phân công và giám sát công việc, cập nhật kiến thức, kinh nghiệm chuyên nghành cho các thành viên trong bộ phận.
- Thực hiện các yêu cầu công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của cấp lãnh đạo.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- Giới tính, độ tuổi, ngoại hình, sức khỏe : Nam/ nữ, 25 đến 35 tuổi, sức khỏe tôt.
- Trình độ học vấn, chuyên môn : Cao đẳng, Đại học ưu tiên tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Marketing, quảng cáo, truyền thông.
- Trình độ ngoại ngữ, tin học : Anh văn kỹ năng nghe nói, tin học văn phòng.
- Kiến thức : Có kiến thức về chuyên ngành truyền thông quảng cáo, am hiểu về các mạng xã hội Facebook, Twitter, Zingme,You tube, Google, LikedIn
- Kinh nghiệm : Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương và ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực online marketing. Ưu tiên đã có kinh nghiệm tại các công ty cùng lĩnh vực ngành nghề.
- Kỹ năng : Có khả năng lãnh đạo, điều hành nhóm, biết lập kế hoạch triển khai công việc, tìm kiếm và kiểm định thông tin, biên tập nội dung ,trình bày, tư duy sáng tạo, tương tác với cộng đồng online, chịu được áp lực vê chất lượng và tiến độ công việc.
- Năm bắt các công cụ đo lường hiệu quả Social media
- Nhanh nhẹn, nhạy bén nắm bắt xu hướng Social Media mới.
