About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabric Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Hegka Vietnam. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality fabrics from both internal and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabric Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential fabric suppliers, both domestically and internationally, to ensure the best possible quality and pricing.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with fabric manufacturers and material suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of fabrics meets our company's standards.
  • Reporting and Coordination: Provide regular updates to relevant departments and coordinate with personnel to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Advisory Role: Offer expert advice on fabric sources and quality to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in fabric sourcing or a related field.
  • Education: Preferably a graduate with a major in textiles from a reputable university.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, strong analytical and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
