(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)o Xây dựng mạng lưới đối tác phục vụ việc tìm kiếm các khu công nghiệp mới và khu công nghiệp đang hoạt động phù hợp để phân tích và lựa chọn cho việc đầu tư hạ tầng lưới điện/ Building a partner network to serve the search for new and viable industrial parks to analyze and select for grid infrastructure investment.o Xây dựng mối quan hệ với các chủ khu công nghiệp ở Việt Nam/ Build relationships with industrial park owners in Vietnam.o Xây dựng và quản lý mối quan hệ với cơ quan nhà nước liên quan đến hoạt động phát triển khu công nghiệp/ Build and manage relationships with state agencies related to industrial park development activities.o Đề xuất các mô hình hợp tác kinh doanh với chủ khu công nghiệp liên quan đến hạ tầng lưới điện/ Propose business cooperation models with industrial park owners related to power grid infrastructure.o Chủ trì làm việc, đàm phán về việc hợp tác với chủ khu công nghiệp/ Preside over working and negotiating cooperation with industrial park owners.o Phát triển các dự án điện mặt trời áp mái và hệ thống làm mát khu vực trong khu công nghiệp/ Developing rooftop solar power projects & district cooling projects in industrial parks.o Chủ trì đề xuất tham gia các hội thảo, diễn đàn kết nối kinh doanh liên quan đến các dịch vụ trong khu công nghiệp/ Preside over proposals to participate in seminars and business connection forums related to services in industrial parks.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's Degree and above.o Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 10 năm trong lĩnh vực phát triển các khu công nghiệp hoặc các dịch vụ liên quan đến khu công nghiệp/ At least 10 years of experience in the field of industrial park development or services related to industrial parks.o Xây dựng được mạng lưới rộng trong ngành bất động sản khu công nghiệp/ Having a wide network in the industrial park real estate industry.o Có kinh nghiệm tham gia các hoạt động liên quan đến đầu tư hoặc quản lý dự án/ Experience participating in activities related to investment or project management.o Có quan hệ tốt với các cơ quan chính quyền/ Having good relationships with government agencies.o Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí quản lý tối thiểu 7 năm/ At least 7 years of experience in management position.o Có khả năng đi công tác trong khu vực phía Bắc/ Ability to travel in the Northern region.o Thành thạo trong giao tiếp tiếng Anh/ Fluent in English.o Ưu tiên ứng viên có thể giao tiếp bằng tiếng Hoa/ Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred.
