DG - Business Development Manager - Vietnam

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and independently develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales target;
- Manage project pipeline and sales process. Provides sales forecasts;
- Establish strong customer relationships and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post sale;
- Support marketing activities and market communication. Collect market intelligence and latest information on various competitor activities;
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, Technical Support, Product team to drive major contractual negotiations;
- Complete the relevant reports and jobs designated by the team leader, and attend the relevant regular meetings;
- Other tasks assigned by the team leader.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience of PV/ Solar or renewable energy industry in Vietnam;
- Experience in business development, account management in distribution and C&I projects. Utility Scale projects sales experience is preferred;
- A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms;
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills;
- Willingness and flexibility to travel.
Education and Language
- A Bachelor's degree or above;
- Fluency in English both oral and written, and Chinese is a plus.
