1. Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our fintech product. The ideal candidate will combine deep product management expertise with a strong understanding of financial services, regulatory requirements, and emerging fintech trends. You'll work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our customers' financial experiences.

2. Key Responsibilities


• Collaborate with Head of Product, define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities


• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the fintech landscape


• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility


• Develop and maintain product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories


• Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery


• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements

3. Requirements


• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services


• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products


• Experience working with engineering teams in an agile development environment


• Stay current with financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices


• Navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining product innovation


• Familiarity with financial APIs, payment processing, and banking systems


• Understanding of security and compliance requirements in financial services (PCI DSS, SOC 2, etc.)


• Knowledge of payment systems, lending, investing, banking infrastructure, or other relevant financial domains


• Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements and financial compliance frameworks


• Language: Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).


• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, proficient in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics platforms)


• Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical skills
