The Core Job

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to translate technical advancements into practical, user-friendly applications.
  • Define and refine product requirements, balancing technical feasibility, user needs, and business goals.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences tailored to complex interactions.
  • Prioritize product features and improvements based on data-driven insights, user feedback, and A/B testing results.
  • Handle client communications, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between product deliverables and customer needs.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, such as user engagement, feature adoption, and operational efficiency, to inform continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and ethical guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory considerations to drive innovation.

You Must Have

  • ​​Proven experience in product or project management within the technology sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both client-facing and internal, with fluency in Vietnamese and English.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, responsible, and process-oriented with a strong ability to execute.
