Production Manager

(Selex Motors – Smart Electric Vehicle Ecosystem Pioneer)

II. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the layout and 5S implementation of the production workshop (including vehicle assembly lines and battery pack assembly lines).
  • Supervise and operate production personnel to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Manage and operate production processes in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly production plans.
  • Coordinate with related departments to plan and ensure the timely supply of materials for production.
  • Coordinate and respond to periodic ISO 9001 audits and annual COP evaluations conducted by the Vietnam Register.
  • Advise the General Director on production-related activities and improvements.

III. Candidate Requirements

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a production management role.
  • Experience in operating and ensuring production progress in accordance with ISO 9001 standards is required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in motorcycle or electric vehicle manufacturing.
  • Strong systematic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and management abilities.
  • Good communication and conflict-handling skills.
  • Dedicated, decisive, and responsible working attitude.
