About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Product Manager
to join our team in Hanoi. The ideal candidate has strong product thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful product improvements.

What You'll Do

Product Discovery & Market Strategy

  • Conduct user interviews, usability studies, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand behaviour, pain points, and engagement patterns.
  • Research the market and analyze competitors to identify strategic opportunities for product growth.
  • Analyse how users run meetings, trainings, workshops, and lessons with AhaSlides.
  • Identify potential opportunities that improve usability, collaboration, and audience engagement.

Requirements & Feature Definition

  • Translate research insights into clear product requirements, specifications, and feature objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize product ideas and initiatives (product backlog) at a strategic level, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with UX Designers, Engineers, QA, Data Analysts, and Product Leadership.
  • Lead discussions on solutions, clarifying the product's objectives and scope.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide structured input from a market and customer perspective.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Oversee the feature lifecycle from discovery through release and iteration.
  • Coordinate and execute the go-to-market plan for new features, in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure features are understood, adopted, and supported.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Collaborate with Product Data Analysts to define tracking plans and interpret data.
  • Review behavioural metrics to evaluate feature adoption and effectiveness.
  • Use data insights to refine or pivot product directions where needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor product health, user satisfaction, and long-term adoption metrics.
  • Recommend enhancements based on user feedback, data analysis, and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in SaaS, collaboration tools, and audience engagement.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a
    Product Manager
    or similar role in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of
    product discovery
    ,
    user research
    , requirements analysis, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret product data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • Excellent communication in English, with an ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams.
  • Familiarity with UX principles, usability testing, and design thinking is a plus.
  • A user-centric mindset with passion for building intuitive and impactful software.
