Mô tả công việc

  • Tiếp nhận, xử lý, tổng hợp thông tin từ các đơn vị trong Khối để hỗ trợ Giám đốc Khối trong việc ra quyết định.
  • Phối hợp với các phòng/ban và khối chức năng khác theo dõi, tổng hợp và báo cáo tình hình triển khai các chương trình, dự án trọng điểm.
  • Quản lý lịch họp, hỗ trợ giám đốc khối trong các việc hành chính, thủ tục
  • Quản lý các công việc chung của Khối

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Có trên 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc (tại VPBank và các tổ chức khác)
  • Có kỹ năng quản lý, tổ chức công việc tốt, kỹ năng multitasking
  • Không ngại thử sức và đương đầu với những thách thức mới
  • Có kỹ năng thuyết trình và giao tiếp tốt.
  • Có tinh thần cầu tiến, trách nhiệm, ham học hỏi
  • Thành thạo Tiếng Anh
