Reporting

The Human Resources Intern (HR Intern) reports directly to the Head of People and Partnership.

Duties and Responsibilities

The HR Intern will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Recruitment Support:

-      Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, internal channels, etc.).

-      Screen resumes, and update and maintain the recruitment database.

-      Consulting and booking the interview with candidates.

2. Human Resources Assistance:

-      Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing welcome kits.

-      Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, or presentations.

-      Maintain the HR folder, employee profile.

3. Culture Development & Employee Engagement, Internal Communication:

-      Contribute ideas and assist in organizing internal events (Year End Party, team-building activities, birthdays, etc.).

-      Support initiatives to promote company core values and strengthen the internal culture.

-      Collect and analyze feedback from employees regarding workplace culture and engagement activities.

-      Assist in creating and distributing internal newsletters, announcements, and updates.

-      Support content creation for internal communication channels (email, Slack, Workplace, etc.).

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for fostering workplace culture.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with design tools like Canva is a plus.
• Good in English (both written and verbal).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
