Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant role based in Hanoi. The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR department in tasks such as maintaining HR records, coordinating training sessions, managing employee benefits administration, and assisting with HRIS data management. The role also involves assisting in HR management activities and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in maintaining accurate records
  • Skills in Benefits Administration and Training coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Hanoi and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in an HR support role is advantageous
