Division: Human Resources

Position: HR Intern

Reports to: HR Officer/Senior Manager HR

Working term: From January 6 to April 24, 2026 (with possible extension)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Department in maintaining and organizing employee personnel files and filing

systems, including creating new folders, filing documents, and ensuring accurate storage in the

file room.

  • Scan HR-related documents and upload them into the HR systems, ensuring proper

categorization and organization.

  • Input, update, and manage employee information within the HR systems to maintain accurate

records.

  • Support the preparation of HR reports and documentation as required.

  • Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned by HR Officers or the Senior HR

Manager.

Position Requirements

  • Hard-working, enthusiastic, highly organized, detail-oriented

  • Good at English (4 skills) and Google Workspace
