Job Title: Human Resources Officer – Recruitment

Team: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager

Address: 13F, Lotte Mall Office Building, 685 Lac Long Quan, Tya Ho, Hanoi

Working Hours: 8:30AM - 05:30AM, Mon-Fri

Job Purpose: Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, and related HR administrative processes to ensure efficient staffing operations and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

  2. Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to candidate selection, including posting job openings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to assess candidates.

  3. Ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates by working with recruitment vendors and using effective sourcing strategies.

  • Oversee the offboarding process, including preparing exit documentation, conducting exit interviews, and gathering feedback.

  • Manage contract renewal process, including preparing evaluation forms, notifying department leaders, and gathering feedback.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English (Equivalent to IELTS 6.0)
  • Over 3 years of recruitment experience within the retail, real estate, or hospitality industries; experience supporting back-office functions is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR regulations.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
