Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that align with short-term and long-term hiring objectives (3–5 years).
- Partner with department leaders to ensure recruitment efforts support overall business goals.
- Build and manage a proactive talent pipeline to address both current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image in the job market.
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
- Oversee the recruitment process across a variety of roles, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
- Review applications and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
- Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with HR to facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees.
- Engage in initiatives that promote a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support the CEO and direct supervisor with additional assignments as needed.
- Use data insights to refine recruitment strategies and performance.
- Continuously improve recruitment platforms, workflows, costs, timelines, and branding efforts.
