Job description

Talent Acquisition Strategy and Execution

·      Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports business objectives and future expansion.

·      Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future talent needs and design effective recruitment plans.

·      Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

·      Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-demand positions.

Employer Branding and Process Improvement

·      Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice within the real estate and construction sectors.

·      Utilize recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and data analytics to improve efficiency, transparency, and hiring decisions.

·      Ensure an engaging and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

·      Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, etc.) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Leadership and Compliance

·      Mentor and lead the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals and maintain high performance standards.

·      Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment practices.

·      Foster collaboration and alignment between HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure efficient and consistent hiring decisions..

Required qualification

·      Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).

Required working experience

·      At least 10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

·      Proven experience in Real Estate, Property Development, or Construction recruitment is highly preferred.

Required language

·      Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Required knowledge and skills

·      Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment operations and talent acquisition frameworks.

·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.

·      Deep knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, social media recruiting, and digital hiring platforms.

·      Strategic thinker with analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

·      High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
