About the role:

We are looking for a highly driven
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech)
to join our People team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end hiring for technical and technology-adjacent positions, focusing on both
Vietnamese candidates and expatriate talents
. You will partner closely with business leaders, define recruitment strategies, and ensure a world-class candidate experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid to senior-level technical/ non-technical roles (Software Engineering, Data, Product, QA, DevOps, Legal Manager, Marketing Manager, Head of HR, etc.).
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract both
    local VNese talents and international/expat candidates
    .
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using multiple channels (LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, events, sourcing tools).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and provide consultative recruitment guidance.
  • Lead screening, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations while ensuring fairness, speed, and quality of hire.
  • Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements to hiring processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including events, career pages, and community engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience
    in recruitment, with at least
    3+ years in tech hiring
    .
  • Proven experience hiring
    both Vietnamese and expat candidates
    , ideally in fast-growing tech or product companies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Excellent sourcing skills, including direct search, talent mapping, and community outreach.
  • Strong communication in
    English (professional working proficiency)
    ; Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of tech roles, market trends, and hiring best practices.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
