Customer Experience Executive

Prepare customer service developing strategy to enhance the customer experience using Ahamove services;
- Measuring the customer satisfaction and customer retention rate to evaluate the efficiency of the strategies;
- Collect customer insights, identify factors affecting their experience;
- Design future customer experience plans in each period and segment;
- Measure, find out the cause and take timely action to improve the experience;
- Actively link between departments to ensure an identical customer experience;
- Provide internal and inter-departmental processes to maximize customer support;
- Research best practices in customer experience to benchmark & propose initiatives.
- Collect, survey and analyze customer insights; Research new policies for customers;
- Develop a quality improvement strategy of the relationship between Ahamove and a large customer base;
- Collect information, make policies, improve products to suit the needs of a large customer group;
- Initiate actions to improve customer experience and lead end to end projects to deliver the initiatives improving customer experience across touchpoints.
- Representative for Customer’s Voice in the company’s projects. Make sure Customer Centric is applied through
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance and Professional Communication;
- Experienced in E-commerce, Logistic, Customer Service, Project Management/Strategy Planning is a plus;
- Proactive, positive; integrity, flexible, can work under pressure; discipline;
- Open mind and willing to learn;
- Analytical skill & reporting skill
- Can work independently or teamwork;
- Problem-solving skill;
- At least 1 years experiences in customer experience or related field;
- Experienced in customer service, handling complaints and surveying customer satisfaction;
- Ability to prepare and execute plan;
