A. Overall Purpose Of The Job
- Implement the compensation and benefits national wide for national staff under the guideline of the company’s policy & procedure, government’s regulation and the Senior HRM’s instruction.
- Communicate with staff about the company policy explanation and implement
- Contact and communicate with local government about C&B and labour related issues.
- Coordinate with Accounting for C&B issues.
B. Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll
- Payroll calculation for national staff before 25rd every month.
- Submit payroll report to Senior HR manger on 26rd for approval.
- Payroll document to bank on one day before 28th every month.
- Make finalisation of PIT for year and make report accordingly
- Insurance Management:
- Industrial Accident: monthly report and payment before 30th.
- Double check medical expenses to insurance company every week.
- Updated the insurance details according to the changes of the employment every month.
- Adjust the base of Social Insurance according to the new issued government policy
- Make registration/ endorsement of staff social, health insurance and extension for new comers.
- Report to Accounting Department: at 28th every month
- Salary by department report
- SI, HI, UI report
- PIT report
- Headcount report
- OT report
- Report to HR Department: at 30th every month
- Sick Leave.
- Annual Leave Balance of VN staff
- Leave balance
- Salary Report
- Turnover Rate
- Monthly headcount report based on dept.
- Annual Audit:
- Labour Audit every year.
- Salary Audit every year.
- Report to Government:
- Income Tax report before 20th of every month.
- Income Tax report on line submission 20th of every month
- SI, HI, UI report before 10th of every month
- Report to local government the end of every quarter.
- Report to local government in January every year.
- Other non-regular report required by local government.

- Proficient in working with spreadsheet
- Required Competencies:
- Attention to detail and accuracy - Follows established procedures, and develops systems to check accuracy.
- Internal customer focus - Actively listen, identifies internal customer need and checks understanding, builds rapport, develops relationships with internal customers, confidence in building relationships at all levels.
- Committed to meet deadline.
- Required Work Experience:
- At least 03 years working experiences in HR related field in multinational company or join venture company.
- Several year of C&B experiences, especially on operational level
- Required Qualifications: Education
- at least a Diploma, in Administration or Human Resources Management related.
- Required Languages: Vietnamese, Fluent written and spoken in English
