Agency Compensation Specialist

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Calculate compensation and process payments for agents, cross check on system on time & correctly

  • Coordinate with related departments to review and get approval for payment, and work with Compliance, Actuarial, and Secretarial departments to process payments

  • Consolidate and maintain balances (commission withholdings, tax, security fund, etc.) with the Accounting department.

  • Check agency debts and collaborate with the Accounting and Legal departments.

  • Update the compensation tracking report to Salesforce.

  • Verify and answers agent's queries on agency compensation calculation payment

  • Support in building and enhancing the compensation system

  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • From 2-3 years of experience in insurance industry

  • Experience in compensation calculation and/or data analysis, data processing, and/or agency administration, accounting

  • Strong data processing skills.
    Fluent in using, Excel, Access, VBA, SQL, Power Point

  • Strong time management skill, problem-solving skill.

  • Ability in writing requirements and conducting UAT is a plus
