As a **Compensation & Benefits Specialist **at EPAM Vietnam, you will be responsible for managing and administering the company’s compensation and benefits programs. Your responsibilities will include supporting the management and administration of these programs, collaborating closely with agencies to ensure they are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.

Especially, you will play as a key member, assisting in providing advice and guidance on compensation and benefits matters to our HR and management teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage overall people operations under the supervision of the APAC People Operation Lead
- Collaborate with external agencies to process payroll and taxes, ensuring the seamless execution of compensation and benefits initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding programs for Vietnam, including labor contract preparation, background check tracking and new employee request creation
- Supervise benefits programs for employees of EPAM Vietnam and update the benefits portal regularly
- Support employee relocations, policy and process maintenance within the APAC region and provide operational support to stakeholders
- Cooperate actively with other team members to achieve common goals and implement common projects

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, laws and regulations
- Attention to detail in handling monotonous and repetitive tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure and excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated and capable of managing daily tasks independently
- Proficient in using HRIS and benefits administration software
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
