The company continues to uphold the core values of "**_Autonomy - Challenge - Teamwork_**" and is dedicated to becoming one of the strongest development centers in Asia. **Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced **HR Specialist** with a strong focus on **Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and HRBP Operations** to ensure efficient HR processes, compliance with labor regulations, and strategic workforce management. This role requires expertise in **payroll management, labor law compliance, employee benefits, and HR systems**, supporting both operational and strategic HR initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. HR Operations & Compliance - Administer and process payroll, personal income tax (PIT), social insurance, and benefits in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws for Vietnamese and expat employees - Manage work permit/visa documentation for expat employees - Ensure adherence to labor regulations, internal HR policies, and contract management - Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and overtime (OT) calculations - Update and enforce HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and labor law compliance standards 2. Performance & Workforce Management - Implement and support performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals, and evaluations) - Assist in headcount planning, workforce allocation, and manpower management - Contribute to cost control and HR budget optimization to align with business objectives 3. Employee Lifecycle & Engagement - Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions - Oversee employee benefits programs and handle special leave cases (maternity, marriage, absenteeism, etc.) - Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications to foster a positive workplace culture 4. HR Systems & Process Improvement - Optimize HR workflows and processes, contributing to HR digital transformation and system enhancements - Additional support tasks will be assigned within the scope of Management Support **Job Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) - Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, tax regulations, payroll, and compensation policies - Proven experience in HR compliance, contract management, and benefits administration - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Knowledge of ERP/HRIS management is a plus - Good command of English communication, Korean speaking is a big plus - Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills - From solid welfare programs to autonomy over working time and place, we create the culture in which we work.
