**HR ASSOCIATE/SENIOR ASSOCIATE - HIRING & TRAINING**
**Department**:Human Resources
**Report to**:Human Resources Director
**Key Responsibilities**:
**The HR Associate/Senior Associate (Hiring Specialist) is responsible for taking full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding and ensuring recruitment activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, and the **Vietcap Careers** page (Facebook & LinkedIn)
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to design interview processes and forecast staffing needs
- Track key recruitment metrics such as CV-to-offer ratio and source of hire to enhance hiring efficiency
- Strengthen employer branding and promote recruitment efforts through various platforms
- Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate recruitment records, including resumes, interview notes, and job descriptions
- Prepare and send job offers, negotiate employment terms, and manage onboarding documentation
- Oversee the internship program, including recruitment and intern documentation
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Support HR-related projects and other tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Director.
**Job Requirements**
- ** Bachelor’s degree** in a relevant field
- ** Proven experience** in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar HR roles
- Strong understanding of **labor laws** and HR best practices
- Experience in using **social media** and professional networks for talent sourcing
- Strong **time management** skills with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with managers across various departments and levels
- Experience in **training and development** is a plus
- ** Proficiency in English** (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Excellent skills in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong **interpersonal and communication skills** with attention to detail
- Experience with **HRM software** is an advantage.
