Job Description:
Role Purpose

The People Services Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality transactional and specialist HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employee data integrity, process compliance, and service excellence. The Specialist works closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence (CoEs), Payroll, and other internal teams to resolve complex employee queries and improve HR operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

** Service Delivery & Support- Provide expert-level support to employees, managers, and HRBPs across a wide range of HR processes including onboarding, contract management, employee movements, benefits, and exits.- Ensure HR transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and local employment regulations.- Resolve Tier 2 queries and act as a knowledge source for Tier 1 escalations.

** HR Systems & Data Integrity- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).- Support system transactions related to hiring, promotions, transfers, exits, and employee changes.- Proactively audit data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

** Collaboration & Stakeholder Management- Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, and CoEs to ensure smooth delivery of HR services.- Serve as the liaison between Tier 1 support teams and higher-tier experts, providing training and process clarity when needed.

** Process Improvement & Reporting- Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend continuous improvement solutions.- Assist in documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure knowledge base content is updated.- Support internal audits and generate reports as needed to track KPIs and SLA performance.

** Compliance & Policy Adherence- Ensure that all HR services are delivered in alignment with company policies, employment law, and internal controls.- Maintain working knowledge of local labor legislation and changes in HR compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee services within a multinational or matrix organization- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery- High proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data accuracy- Proven ability to manage sensitive employee data and maintain confidentiality- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills- Fluent in English; other regional languages are a plus
