Talent Acquisition Specialist Company: Thientu BPOLocation: 145B Nguyễn Đình Chính, Ho Chi Minh The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent across the organization. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, manage end-to-end recruitment activities, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience in support of Thientu BPO’s growth strategy. Recruitment & Hiring Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoverPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelinesDevelop and post compelling job advertisements across appropriate recruitment channelsProactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals,networking, and direct searchScreen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitabilityCoordinate and participate in interviews, assessments, and selection processesPrepare and manage job offers in alignment with company policies and market benchmarks Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsSupport employer branding initiatives to position Thientu BPO as anemployer of choiceEngage with passive candidates and nurture long-term talent relationshipsRepresent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and hiring campaigns when required Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor to hiring managersProvide guidance on recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and candidate availabilityEnsure timely communication and feedback to stakeholders and candidates Candidate Experience & Compliance Deliver a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience at every stageEnsure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, data protection regulations, and internal policiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hireProvide regular recruitment reports and updates to HR leadershipIdentify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent stakeholder management and influencing abilitiesProactive sourcing and headhunting expertiseAbility to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skillsData-driven approach to recruitment and decision-makingCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Benefits Competitive and negotiable salary, with performance-based bonuses.Young, dynamic, and collaborative working environment.Continuous opportunities to develop both technical and soft skills through real projects and professional training.Access to the latest technology trends.Performance and salary reviews once per year or based on exceptional contribution.Full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, plus additional company benefits (company trips, holidays, team activities, etc.).
