**Regional Marketing Manager - Australian Private Higher Education Institution**

As a Regional Marketing Manager for Australian Higher Education in Vietnam, your role focuses on promoting and expanding Australian higher education offerings in the Vietnamese market. Here are some key responsibilities associated with this position:
**1. Agency Network Development**: Identify and assess Education Agents working in or likely to work in Australian Abroad Education Sector from Vietnam and sign them up to work with our institution and the group.

**2. Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as educational institutions, government bodies, industry associations, and education agents. Build partnerships and collaborations to promote Australian higher education and facilitate student recruitment.

**3. Recruitment and Enrolment**: Develop and implement strategies to attract Vietnamese students to Australian higher education institution. Collaborate with recruitment agents, conduct information sessions, attend education fairs, and visit schools and colleges to promote Australian programs and facilitate student enrollment.

**5. Marketing and Promotion**: Develop marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the local market. Create promotional materials, online content, and social media campaigns to raise awareness of Australian higher education offerings. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted marketing activities.

**7. Reporting and Data Analysis**: Track and analyse student recruitment data, market trends, and competitor activities. Generate reports and provide insights on market performance, enrolment numbers, and student demographics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

**8. Partnership Development**: Identify and foster partnerships with local educational institutions, industry organizations, and government agencies to enhance collaboration in the field of higher education. Explore articulation agreements, exchange programs, and research collaborations to strengthen ties between Australian and local institutions.

**9. Networking and Representation**: Represent Australian higher education institution at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Engage with relevant stakeholders and participate in educational forums to promote Australian higher education and build institutional reputation.

**10. Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with Australian higher education institution and relevant departments within the institutions. Coordinate with internal teams, including admissions, marketing, and student support, to ensure effective collaboration and seamless student experience.

As a Regional Marketing Manager, your efforts contribute to the growth and success of Australian higher education institution in the local and regional market. By fostering relationships, implementing recruitment strategies, and providing support to local and regional students, you play a crucial role in facilitating educational opportunities and promoting the benefits of Australian higher education in your region.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or equivalent
Two Years Plus Experience Preferred but not Mandatory
Computer Skills, social media and Digital Skills
Communication Skills (Oral & Written)
People Skills
Time Management Skills
High Attention to Detail
Ability to plan, set and meet the recruitment target

**Salary**:
Negotiable with experience.
