Người đảm nhận vị trí đầu mối chính thực hiện nhiệm vụ của Data Steward và xây dựng các hệ thống Quản trị hiệu quả vận hành.
- **Key Accountabilities (1)**:
- 1. Thu thập, phân loại và nghiên cứu dữ liệu vận hành:
- Thu thập và tổng hợp các bộ dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn nội bộ và bên ngoài có liên quan đến hoạt động vận hành.
- Đảm bảo dữ liệu được phân loại, lưu trữ và quản lý đúng chuẩn, phục vụ cho các mục tiêu phân tích và ra quyết định.
- 2. Phân tích dữ liệu và xây dựng hệ thống báo cáo:
- Thiết kế, phát triển và duy trì các hệ thống báo cáo, dashboard phục vụ quản trị hiệu quả và cải tiến liên tục.
- Tìm kiếm insight từ dữ liệu để hỗ trợ ra quyết định chiến lược cho Giám đốc Khối và các cấp quản lý.
- Là đầu mối tư vấn và cung cấp báo cáo cho các hoạt động vận hành.
- 3. Phát triển năng lực khai thác dữ liệu cho người dùng cuối:
- Hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ các đơn vị sử dụng công cụ BI (Business Intelligence).
- Thúc đẩy văn hóa khai thác dữ liệu tự phục vụ (data self-service) trong toàn Khối.
- 4. Tham gia và dẫn dắt các dự án BI:
- Đóng vai trò chuyên gia phân tích dữ liệu trong các dự án có yêu cầu nguồn lực BI.
- Phối hợp với các bên liên quan để triển khai giải pháp BI phù hợp với nhu cầu vận hành.
- **Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:
- 1. Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Toán - Tin, Kinh tế, hoặc các ngành liên quan Có chứng chỉ hoặc đã từng học các khóa học về phân tích dữ liệu.
- 2. Có trên 7 năm trong lĩnh vực chuyên môn hoặc tương đương;
- 3. Ngoại ngữ: theo quy định của Techcombank từng thời kỳ
- 4. Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
- Thành thạo các công cụ BI (Power BI, Tableau hoặc tương đương).
- Kỹ năng SQL nâng cao, hiểu biết sâu về cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ và mô hình dữ liệu.
- Có khả năng phân tích dữ liệu phức tạp, xử lý dữ liệu lớn và tìm insight chiến lược.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm với Python/R cho phân tích dữ liệu và tự động hóa.;
- 5. Ưu tiên:
- Hiểu biết về quy trình vận hành, kinh doanh trong ngành của bank.
- Có chứng chỉ liên quan đến BI hoặc Data Analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Data Bricks, Google Data Analytics, v.v.).
