**What We Can Offer**:

- Capable of appraising, reviewing, checking the annual business plan and evaluating the monthly and quarterly business results reports of the member companies in the system
- Having the ability and expertise to appraise Investment Projects submitted by member companies or projects assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Prepare reports, analysis, investment proposal, project valuation, business valuation, merger & acquisition;
- Implement and monitor the implementation progress of investment projects;
- Coordinating and implementing all the investment preparation work of investment projects;
- Report on investment performance & investment project efficiency periodically;
- Monitor the efficiency of capital use at companies/projects after investment/M&A/strategic cooperation and propose options to improve capital efficiency.
- Support member companies in investment implementation and investment procedures according to regulations;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Group's Board of Directors

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience at the same position.
- Have strong knowledege and experience in Finance, investment.
- Have CFA is plus.
- Fluent in English.
