II. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Proposal (FM/PM):
  • Manage end-to-end bidding and proposal processes
  • Coordinate with PM team and other teams for solution-building
  • Review documents to ensure compliance and quality
  • Improve templates and maintain proposal content library.
  • Project Bidding
  • Develop bidding strategies tailored to each project's scope and client requirements
  • Prepare bidding documents, presentations, and cost estimates in collaboration with internal departments
  • Ensure proposal submissions meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Monitor bidding performance and update database for future references

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, bidding/tendering, QA/QC) is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in:
  • Proposal and bidding preparation in real estate, construction, FM, or project consulting
  • Quality control and technical support during post-project phases
  • Preferred: Background in property management, developers of mixed-use projects, or FM/PM service providers
  • Experience in agency settings, particularly those dealing with web, site, vertical site, or portal projects, is beneficial.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in preparing bidding documents, BOQs, quotations, and project schedules
  • Strong in quality control, issue resolution, and post-delivery improvement tracking
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project, Notion, Asana is a plus.
  • Familiar with quality standards (e.g., ISO, QA/QC) in real estate and facility services.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong proposal writing, presentation, and analytical thinking
  • Good at time management and multitasking under tight deadlines.
