Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal & Compliance Senior Specialist located in Hanoi. The Legal & Compliance Senior Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the company's operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing compliance programs, conducting regulatory research, overseeing legal compliance, and providing analytical insights to minimize risks. This role also involves developing and implementing compliance policies and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Law, Legal Compliance, and Regulatory Compliance
  • Experience in Compliance Management and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret regulations and provide risk assessments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Previous experience in the financial or eCommerce industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
