Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters including foreign investment, incorporation, restructuring, compliance, and licensing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, transaction documents, and internal corporate documents.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions, and draft memos for clients on corporate, investment, and commercial law.
  • Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, documentation, and post-closing matters.
  • Liaise with government authorities for licensing, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Assist senior lawyers in managing matters and projects, and take independent responsibility for assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); Master's degree or foreign qualification is a plus.
  • Admitted to practice law in Vietnam.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience at a reputable law firm or legal department.
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnamese corporate and investment laws.
  • Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Client-focused and able to work independently or in a team setting.
