We are looking for a passionate and creative
Business Intelligence Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will analyze data (user interactions, user activities), create reports, and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross functional teams to identify information needs and develop effective marketing solutions.

Location:
37 Le Van Thiem, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi

  • 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday

Salary range:
negotiable

Job Description:

  • Data Collection & Analysis
    : Collect and analyze data from campaigns, user behavior, and the market to generate insights that support strategic decisions and optimize growth performance; identify trends, produce periodic reports, and recognize optimization opportunities.
  • Growth Campaign Support
    : Collaborate with the Growth team to provide essential metrics and analyses for measuring and improving campaign effectiveness; monitor KPIs and propose adjustments when needed.
  • Reporting & Strategy Development
    : Build detailed reports on campaign and growth performance, offer data-driven recommendations, forecast trends, and develop new strategies to support growth goals.
  • Market & Competitor Research
    : Conduct research on digital asset market trends, new products, and shifts in user behavior; analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 2–3 years
    of experience in a similar position.
  • Background in
    Marketing, Data analytics, project management or related fields
    , especially experience in
    blockchain, Web3, or crypto
    industry is
    a plus
    .
  • Experience in data analysis and proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills with a deep understanding of creating and tracking key metrics to measure campaign performance.
  • Ability to produce detailed reports on progress, outcomes, and recommendations for improving growth activities.
