B - About the Role
The B2B Marketing Specialist will work within the Birdeye Data Services (BDS) team with supervision from the Growth & Marketing team.
This role will lead marketing activities that elevate our brand in the B2B data + Web3 ecosystem, plan and execute B2B marketing initiatives that elevate BDS's presence in the data and Web3 markets. This includes developing multi-channel campaigns, generating and nurturing leads, collaborating with Business Development and Product teams, and crafting messaging that resonates with technical and business stakeholders. The specialist will play a direct role in driving awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Working location: Hybrid (Hanoi Office)
I - Your Responsibilities
1. Core Responsibilities
- Develop targeted B2B marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive qualified leads across the Web3/data ecosystem.
- Plan and execute campaigns (digital, partner, content, event) to engage new lead sources and convert them into prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with the Product, BD/Sales and Design teams to align messaging, build assets, and ensure consistent go-to-market positioning.
- Manage lead generation channels and nurture sequences to maximize conversion from interest → opportunity → customer.
- Create high-quality content and thought leadership materials to strengthen brand credibility and consistently engage B2B target audiences across Web3 and data verticals.
- Develop case studies and customer success stories to equip the BD/Sales team with compelling proof points that accelerate conversions and build trust with prospects.
- Analyze marketing performance data and funnel metrics to assess ROI, identify improvement areas, and optimize future campaigns.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and buyer insights to recommend new positioning, tactics, and opportunities for differentiation

- Represent Birdeye at industry events/webinars/partner forums to increase visibility, build relationships, and generate inbound interest.
- Contribute to refining the brand's voice and tone guidelines to ensure consistency across decentralized communities and social platforms.
- Contribute to the marketing operations infrastructure (CRM setup, automation workflows, reporting templates) to streamline future marketing efforts.

- A strong foundation in Data/Finance services or B2B SaaS marketing

2–4 years of hands-on experience
, demonstrating solid understanding of B2B dynamics in data-driven industries.
- Experience engaging technical audiences
(product managers, engineers, technical decision-makers) with the ability to translate complex data infrastructure into clear business value.
- Practical exposure to blockchain/Web3 technologies
, enabling you to craft messaging that resonates authentically within the ecosystem.
- Hands-on capability in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns
(digital, partner, events) to drive lead generation and expand brand presence.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
