Mô tả công việc

  1. XÂY DỰNG CHIẾN LƯỢC VÀ KẾ HOẠCH

  2. Xây dựng chiến lược, kế hoạch kinh doanh bottom-up của Khối theo sản phẩm/phân khúc, kế hoạch định biên nhân sự, chi phí hoạt động.

  3. Tính toán, phân bổ kế hoạch theo sản phẩm/phân khúc, kế hoạch chi phí tới các Đơn vị trực thuộc của Khối (bao gồm các đơn vị HO và hơn 300 ĐVKD)

  4. Đề xuất chỉ tiêu phù hợp cho công tác quản lý kinh doanh của ĐVKD

  5. XÂY DỰNG KPIS, CHÍNH SÁCH KINH DOANH

  6. Xây dựng, ban hành bộ KPI của các đơn vị HO, ĐVKD và Cán bộ quản lý bán trực thuộc Khối

  7. Xây dựng, vận hành và quản lý cơ chế đánh giá, xếp hạng các Chi nhánh

  8. ĐIỀU PHỐI KINH DOANH

  9. Giải đáp thắc mắc của ĐVKD về định hướng bán, kế hoạch bán phù hợp để tối ưu kinh doanh

  10. Phối hợp với các đơn vị HO đẻ đưa ra giải pháp kinh doanh hỗ trợ bán cho ĐVKD

  11. Phân tích và đánh giá kế hoạch kinh doanh và dự báo tài chính theo yêu cầu của các cấp lãnh đạo.

  12. QUẢN LÝ KINH DOANH

  13. Cố vấn cho các cấp lãnh đạo các lĩnh vực liên quan đến xây dựng kế hoạch và phát triển kinh doanh dựa vào các phân

tích, nghiên cứu chuyên sâu.

  • Tổ chức đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ cán bộ cao cấp/cán bộ nguồn.

  • Đánh giá và ứng dụng các phần mềm công nghệ thông tin để tối ưu quy trình, hoạt động của tổ chức.

• Tài chính ngân hàng


• Quản trị dữ liệu, phân tích kinh doanh


• Quản lý thời gian

3. Các Kỹ Năng/ Skills


• Tư duy phản biện


• Python, SQL


• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, ...)
