Head of MT Channel

This position reports into Commercial Director and is based at Ho Chi Minh city

**What will you do**
- Planning & developing sales activities for MT channels nationwide
- Negotiate to get yearly contract with customers to maximize given budget
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Coordinate with Distributor in designing and implementing promotional programs, supporting activities in MT channels.
- Managing and supervising group leaders to achieve target assigned by the Sales Department
- Managing & training Sales Team, support the team in assigned area
- Handling issues relating to Sales Operation in the area within the given authority
- Accept and implement extra assignment related to the common goal of the Company
- Implementing and responsible for execution of company’s strategy in given Retail environment
- Collaborating with Brand team and cross function to develop plan to improve brands performance, operation standard in respective channel

Qualifications

**What we are looking for**
- Able to handle operation jobs achieve target through management skills such as planning, organization skill, meeting, communication, negotiation, teamwork, customer service.
- Built and led a team to successfully deliver strong results; able to empower and align team members around common objectives and enable them to achieve the objectives.
- At least 8 years of working in MT channel required, in which at least 2 years’ experience at Manager level with significant achievements in managing a large area and a team of 10 staffs.
- Good record for previous companies
- Experienced in Milk Industry/ FMCG business in MT
- Striving, Thinking, Relating
- Good English and IT skills
