**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Modern Trade Manager manage modern trade channel (International accounts/Local accounts/Mom & Baby). The key objective is to robust company’s position in key accounts vs main competitors in each segment. The roles are to lead sales team, manage good relationship with customer’s team of the respective accounts, and grow business profitably in accordance with business direction
- Manage the key accounts strategically and with business orientation
- Build Sales plan by Customer & Channel Super/Hypermarket/Mom & Baby chain stores
- Negotiate Trade Terms to commercialize investment with customers
- Build & maintain relationship with managers, directors of key accounts
- Maximize customer service and take any necessary action to maintain the satisfaction of any customer complaints
- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly and yearly customer plans
- Manage product (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing)
- Develop and retain the Distribution network timely and professionally
- Set objectives and targets for the Sales staff and the Distribution network in the assigned area
- Understand and follow the competitive market situation
- Manage sales administration (credit, delivery co-ordination, cash, commissions, and report writing)
- Adhere to the company’s Accounting and Administration policies and guidelines
- Set up Standard Operating Procedures to service Key Account Customers
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Solid experience in building and managing Modern Trade channel (planning & operations)
- General Trade background is an advantage
- Fluent Vietnamese and English presentation
- Strong analytical skills, planning skills, negotiation skills
- Strong relationship with MT key accounts and collaboration in cross-function
- Leadership skills at the high level to lead & motivate team to deliver the high performance
- Ability to work under high pressure, resilience, and flexibility
