**Responsibilities**:

- **Build and drive channel/customer category strategy to ensure to be #1 OMNI partner of choice in that customer and deliver sales, growth, share ambition.**
- Business Target Delivery & O2O Integration Champion: Deliver 1ULV Target of Customer via strongly manage Omni Category & eContent Planner to land planning & KA strategy into execution, ensure strong integration between Off-line & Online within customer.
- Business Unit OMNI Demand Creation Planner: Cum to be the champion to lead BU Workstream that being more related to that customer/channel (Homecare, Personal Care, Beauty & Well-being, Nutrition, Ice Cream), to work directly with BU's DMC, Brands Manager to build the demand creation plan of BU via OMNI Channel.
- Key Account Management of Customer OMNI Stakeholders : Key contact to manage Key Senior Customer position of OMNI (Head of OMNI Commercial, Head of OMNI Marketing, Head of OMNI Content).
- Lead On-site Optimization: Lead on-site investment planning with customer, work on on-site media improvement performance metric (Impression, View, Click, Conversion) with customer and follow-up on On-site campaign evaluation & optimization.
- Data partnership & Shopper-data Solution Led for assigned customer: be the champion to build network of data partnership, win trust by delivery category development selling stories, facilitate data governance process with customer & lead optimization process of data utilization, follow to ensure to have live data available.
- Customer Data CRM champion: work with customer CRM team to have deep dive of data depth, drive shopper segmentation per category JTBD, plan right CRM media tool, ensure to bring conversation to both online & Off-line.
- Market Development Champion for Offline & Online: work very closely with Marketing/Marketing Manager to ensure the innovation/NPD/Market Development in MT to be well landed via customer data partnership agenda, a strong content deployment and high-performing ROAS. OMNI is not to drive for Online, but ensure a seamless O2O shopping journey for shopper.
- Customer OMNI project champion: to lead projects on key tickets required to set-up foundation for OMNI Partnership with customer (build win-win partnership model, set-up media foundation, set-up foundation for data partnership & CRM foundation, create new revenue workstream, last mile delivery optimization ,...)
- Champion to drive OMNI investment of customer, work with Finance BP and CM to ensure OMNI investment model to be integrated into total Plan, follow-up with Monthly, Quarterly Liquidation with Finance & Customers.
- Be champion for all general documents workstream alignment & signoff : data partnership, NDA, promotion contract.

**Requirements**:

- University graduate in business administration, foreign trade, economics
- At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in FMCG, E-commerce industry
- Experience in content development highly valued.
- Good planning, logical thinking.
- Proactiveness & having team-work spirit
- Quick learning & able to adapt with changes
- Good command of English communication
