Victoria's Secret is the largest lingerie retailer in the US and was founded by Roy Raymond in 1977. Its revenue in 2012 was 6.12 billion USD with a charter capital of 1 billion USD. The company sells lingerie, women's clothing and cosmetics through catalogs (producing more than 375 million copies per year), websites and stores in the US.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service:

- Ensure that all sales assistants within the department (s)he is in charge for implement the accurate standard of service.
- Maintain a service attitude to colleagues at all time through effective communication, cooperation and team work.
- Responsible for the shift leader duties accomplishment.

Maximize Selling:

- Achieve the personal sales target.
- Make sure the merchandise on floor have stock and size availability, to attract customer attention and encourage sales.

Standard of presentation:

- Maintain the merchandise for the department (s)he is in charge for
- Make sure the pricing and ticketing of merchandise particularly within the department (s)he is in charge for is correct at all the time.
- Make sure the quantity of stock within the department (s)he is in charge for is appropriate and shortages are reported quickly to store management.
- Prepare sales invoices, advance receipts, collect and pay excess money to customers according to the orders and quantity that customers has purchased
- Manage and check the actual cash, deposit, and vouchers via bank card

QUALIFICATION
- Experience: Previous fashion retail experience and/or excellent customer service experience preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience desirable.
- Special Skill:

- Strong numerate and literacy skills.
- Ability to work under pressure; energetic & enthusiastic.
- Strong initiative & self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends & holidays.
