Job title: Senior Assistant / Deputy Assistant Supervisor
for Mineral Resources and Energy Department & Hanoi Chemicals and Plastics Department.

Employment Type: Outsourcing employment in the 1st year, to be considered to change to Labor Contract with SCVN from the 2nd year.
Job assignments:
Support Mineral Resources & Energy Department and Hanoi Chemicals & Plastics Department day-to-day business activities/ operations.
Input/monitor the daily/monthly sales figures and records of the Department and Group.
Follow up contract fulfilment with sales staffs.
Input SAP for daily trading activities.
Collect market information of relevant industries and make reports as requested by General Manager.
Other secretarial works.
Other duties as required by Superiors from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:
a. Education & Qualifications:

- University graduate

b. Skills & Knowledge:

- Good at both Vietnamese & English communication skills (equivalent to TOEIC 800 score)
- Experience in using SAP and trading activities support is preferable

c. Experience:

- Having at least 2 years full-time working experience in the position of Business Support or Sales Administration or Secretary

d. Others:

- Hard-working and trustworthy
- Honest and strong mind to follow rules, instructions, regulations, etc
- Good sense of servicing, supporting, organizing, coordinating at work

Recruitment requirements:

(preferable in economy/foreign trade with some experiences in Mineral resources and Energy industries like Aluminum, Oil & Gas sectors, and Chemicals & Plastics field).
Skills & Knowledge:

Experience in using SAP and trading activities support is preferable.
