**Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO**:
**What you’ll do**:
- Build a strong, strategic partnership with internal and external stakeholders to improve efficiency.
- Coordinates all Leadership Team activities. Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors
on behalf of CEO.
- Demonstrates leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the business, possess the ability to
have influence to drive successful outcomes.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles issues expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to
successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Research, prioritize, and consistently follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO,
including those of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
- Schedule, manage and remind external & internal meetings.
- Organize, take notes, and summarize meeting contents.
- Create and manage to-do list, tasks, and deadlines of the CEO.
- Track progress assigned to other staffs, departments, and report to the CEO.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**What you’ll need**
**_- _**_Minimum requirements:_**
- Bachelor’s degree or above (study abroad is strongly preferable)
- Outstanding communication skill in both Vietnamese & English
- Proficient English skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) (IELTS 7.5+)
- Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Power point, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent organizational (RGPDCA) skill, time management, and attention to detail
- At least 3 years’ experience in secretary/assistant position
- Able to start working immediately

- Public speaking, presentation, and design skills
- Management & Leadership skills
- Good logical & systematic thinking, judgement, and decision-making skill
