Executive Assistant to CEO

1. Position Objective

Provide direct support to the CEO in driving
strategic initiatives and business development activities
, including market research, partnership engagement, and performance tracking. Act as a key liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic priorities are effectively executed.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Support the CEO in identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities across B2B, B2G, and international markets.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industries, competitors, and emerging trends to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in developing proposals, partnership frameworks, and business presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentation materials for client meetings, conferences, and strategic discussions.

B. Strategic Support & Performance Tracking

  • Assist in formulating and monitoring strategic plans, business targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Consolidate reports from business units and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the CEO in evaluating business performance and proposing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Draft speeches, briefing notes, and content for internal or external events as assigned.

C. External Coordination & Representation

  • Serve as the CEO's liaison with key partners, investors, and external organizations.
  • Facilitate communication, manage follow-ups, and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
  • Support the organization of strategic events, meetings, or partnership activities involving the CEO.

3. Qualifications & Competencies

Experience

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    as an Executive Assistant, Business Development Executive, Strategy Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience in
    financial services, data analytics, or technology-driven B2B environments
    is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to
    international collaboration or partnership management
    is an advantage.

Education & Language

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
    .
  • Excellent command of English
    (speaking, writing, reading, and listening); able to draft reports and communicate professionally in English.
