Our client is a leading technology company in Vietnam that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Market Insights

  • Partner with the CEO to shape decisions around product strategy, marketing direction, and new market opportunities.

  • Conduct competitive intelligence on global game studios, publishers, and emerging technologies - analyzing product portfolios, business models, and growth strategies.

  • Track industry trends, player insights, and technological shifts to identify areas for differentiation and product optimization.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance the company's strategic positioning in the gaming ecosystem.

Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution

  • Lead strategic initiatives assigned by the CEO and ensure alignment across teams (Product, Marketing, Data, and Operations).

  • Manage project milestones, evaluate performance KPIs, and prepare executive-level performance reports.

  • Drive accountability and timely delivery of all initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Executive Reporting & Communication

  • Develop strategic reports, presentations, and briefing documents for CEO reviews, partner meetings, or board discussions.

  • Translate data and feedback into clear, actionable follow-ups.

  • When delegated, represent the CEO in internal strategy meetings and cross-departmental discussions.

Flexible Executive Support

  • Take on diverse strategic or operational assignments to optimize CEO bandwidth and business impact.

  • Maintain a proactive, problem-solving mindset to ensure seamless executive operations and cross-team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or Strategic Management.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Strategy, Management Consulting, Portfolio Management, Data Analytics, or Marketing - ideally within tech, mobile apps, or gaming industries.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a passion for innovation.

  • Proven ability to conduct business and market analysis, manage multi-stakeholder projects, and communicate insights effectively.

  • Excellent command of English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).

  • Self-motivated, agile, and highly organized under minimal supervision.

  • Genuine passion for gaming, digital trends, and emerging technologies.
