**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Activity and Work Planning**
- To drive dedicated sales turnover and dedicated accounts as aligned budget.
- Responsible for sourcing and developing new customers.
- Manage and follow up customers’ sales orders.
- Coordinate with related Depts. to deliver sales projects.
- Monitoring the AR status of customers.
- Ensure the closing FG stocks are within the control limit.
- Coordinate with other team leaders to build up professional and coordinated working spirits.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Manager to set up sales and marketing strategies and methods of how to contact customers.
- Product Quality: Liaised between S&M, procurement, planning, production and quality control.

**Leadership**
- Lead team & be the first point of contact for team members.
- Support the implementation of development plans and goals for each member of the team based on team and company objectives
- Leads team to achieve productivity, quality and service objectives as delineated in agreements.
- Controls staffs with recognition, discipline, absenteeism and training, coaching with regard to the needs of the operation.
- Instruct, train and encourage employees to achieve their best performances.
- Motivate, engage and encourage team.
- Accompany to develop team.

**Health, Safety & Environment**
- Observes the requirement of legislation and Company Environmental protocols.
- This is with reference to agreed output levels and legislated obligations under Company Group policies and standards and the Vietnamese Occupational Health and Safety Stipulations.

**Reporting**
- Reports performance monthly, quarter and yearly in accordance with Company (Vietnam) guidelines and System.

**Complementary Tasks**
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Management or Sales & Marketing Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Knowledge**
- Good knowledge of the packaging industry, FMCG/related sector

**Experience**
- 5 years, at least 03 years of experience at the same level in plastic packaging and injection molding is preferred.
- B2B, technical, and consultative selling experience

**Leadership**
- Interpersonal Skills, well-organized person, Passionate, Result-oriented

**Other**
- University graduate in Business Administration or related majors.
- Passion in sales, teamwork, initiatives and proactive in developing new projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to establish excellent working connections with professionals at all levels.
- Problem-solving and negotiating abilities.
- Good English communication skills
