(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Receiving inbound call, answering, and advising customers
- Carrying out outbound call as needed
- Carrying out happy call including survey of customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Handling for solving complaints of customers/ dealers
- Informing customers/ dealers via phone come to Service Center to get back their repaired products
- Negotiating with customers/ dealers via phone for cases of product swap, product upgrade, and sales return
- Informing the quotation of the chargeable repair cases to customers/ dealers via phone
- Collecting data and making KPI report of contact center
- Other jobs that are assigned by superior
- Report (10%): Review & report pending case over 3days. CSI report
- Other assigned task (10%) from Line Manager

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Prefer female with nice voice
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service related field experience.
- Have good customer service skill
- Well understanding and experience of customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English
- Work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude
- Ability to work under high pressure and fast pacing working environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

JOB SUMMARY: Respond to and resolve escalated issues and requests from customers.
