**Working Conditions**:
- This position typically operates in a professional office environment.
- Standard office hours, M-F 8am-5pm, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or other business-related activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative support Office Management**:
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff. Prepare agendas, presentations.
- Create and maintain document management filing systems, both electronic and physical. Support company expense report processing and reporting.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, inquiries, and tasks for the General Manager's attention.
**Communication**:
- Serve as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and staff.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents and communications as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
**Data Management**:
- Input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems as required.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring efficient retrieval of documents and records.
- Compile and organize data for reporting purposes.
**Qualifications (Yêu cầu)**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must speak English, Chinese (Mandarin), and Vietnamese
- Preferred experience as an administrative assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles a plus.
