MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**Admin tasks**:

- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence including hard copy and electronic filling system;
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, events;
- Make preparations for meetings including creating, transcribing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes;
- Provide work-processing secretarial support;
- Type confidential documents;
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors;
- Set up accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors;
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies;
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filling;
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary;
**Legal tasks**:

- Providing legal research or initial legal advice as instructed;
- Assisting Legal Manager with the follow-up and communication with the internal stakeholders of legal advices and assistance provided by Legal Department.
- Draft the first copy of legal documents;
- Report to Legal Manager all matters relating to legal task;
- Organize all legal documents in a confidential way.

The Admin & Legal Assistant must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

- Office administration
- An understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures

The Admin & Legal Assistant must demonstrate the following skills:

- Good English communication skills (including verbal and written)
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- People/interpersonal skills
- Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level.
- Organizational skills
