**Responsibilities**:
'- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales goals. (Sales Billing, GP)
- Identify potential project opportunities and target markets. Build customer relationship. Develop newcustomers
- Build and maintain relationship with distributors especially China Distributors' relationship
- Utilize internal system to proceed sales procedures (prepare the quotation,invoice material etc)
- Provide detailed and accurate specifications in compliance with standards and product requirements as requested by client.Give support on technical issues of products. Give demonstration to potential customers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting (monthly, quarterly & annually)
- In conjunction with the technical and customer service teams to provide additional sales supports as required. Maintain good team building spirit (manager,SE,Admin)
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering field (Electrical, Electronics, Automation or Mechatronics etc.).
- If possible, Sales experience in the SMT industry (2+years)
- 2-3 years of experience in equipment sales
- Knowledge of industrial automation technologies, such as robotics...
- '- Strongly target-oriented
- Advanced sales discussion and excellent communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving skills.
- Team building capability (Manager, SE, Admin, Distributor)
- Combined sales skills to build relationships with customers (listening, proposal and negotiation skills)
- If possible, to have knowledge of the SMT industry
- Chinese and English is at business level.(Priority is rather given to Chinese)
- '- Expected to travel (10%) of time, within local country, or to Asia Pacific(especially to Thailand) and China
