Overview:
We are searching for a Direct Sales Representative with proven experience identifying sales opportunities and assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans. The role will operate within the Professional Services unit under the Global Head of Professional Services and is available in Vietnam.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present the company’s services and products professionally via calls or face-to-face meetings.
- Meet with existing and potential clients regularly and listen to their requirements or collect information and make concrete relationships.
- Explain the value proposition of services and software solutions to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, an implementation plan, technology solution option, and recommendations as well as price estimates.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or any relevant field in addition to 5+ years experience in Sales and Account Management incomparable service industries.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Experience in handling enterprise accounts/account management and solution/ technical sales.
- Experience in solutions & consultative sales of IT and Network Services like Hosted Applications, Mail Messaging, Managed IT, and network services contact center / IT Infrastructure management tools / Telecom data services.
- Experience in banking, finance, security and insurance (BFSI) sales.
- Excellent understanding of various software products and their licensing policies.
- Understanding of Office 365 and Azure, Windows Server, and associated technologies (Virtualization, Security, Data Center, Management, etc.) and/or similar offerings.
- Should be self-organized, determined, collaborative, and exceptional at building customer relationships.
- Strong listening, negotiation, presentation, project management, and written and verbal communication skills.
