**Job description**

airisX Limited Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representative to be deployed in Thailand. Outbound Sales Representative's responsibilities are to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leade generation, cold calling and appointment setting
- Calling warm leads in the IT industry
- B2B and B2C
- Experienced Outbound Sales Agent, preferably in the B2B industry
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls, sales and record pertinent information

**Requirements**:

- At least 2+ year of outbound telesales experience with a preference in B2B and B2C
- Cold Calling experience ideally 2+yr
- Good oral and written communication skills both in English and Vietnamese
- Have worked towards KPIs and exceeded goals
- **FULLY WORK FROM HOME,** must have a computer and with reliable power/internet connection
- Working knowledge of relevant computer and IT programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

**Salary**: 13,000,000₫ - 20,000,000₫ per month

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 3 years (required)
